Pale, golden yellow in colour with small, long lasting bubbles. A mix of dry fruits and also fresh fruits (apricots) and nuts (halzlenut, walnut). Elegant, full flavoured.

Sanglier recommends: Aperitif, with food, on its own

Blend: 40% Chardonnay / 30% Pinot Noir / 30% Pinot Meunier
