A sophisticated wine with good finesse and balanced tannins. Aromas of strawberries, cherries with hints of liquorice, herbs and smoky notes. Good for drinking now but can keep for 5-10 years.

Blend: Old Carignan of 80-100 years (98%), Syrah (1%), Grenache Noir (1%) Vinification: In cellar on lees with micro-oxygenation for 12-18 months with a part kept in new oak barrels
