A real rosé of the terroir which is perfect to drink as an aperitif but can also accompany a meal due to its substance. The colour of rose petals it has an intense bouquet of blackberries, strawberries and cassis.

A deep coloured wine displaying a lively bouquet of red fruits, especially cassis along with hints of liquorice and prune jam. It has a sturdy character with clear but well blended tannins.

The grapes for this wine come from Valros, near Pézenas. They are gathered and vinified at night to preserve their aroma and freshness. Light yellow in colour with bright reflections. Citrus fruits with a lively, fresh taste.
