Terms and Conditions
Ordering
Minimum Orders: The minimum Order is 2 Cases (12x75cl bottles) which may be mixed. Please contact us if you which to discuss smaller quantities.
Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased by those over 18 years of age. By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are over 18.
We reserve the right not to accept or cancel an order at any time.
Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. Some products may go out of stock between placing an order and it being prepared for delivery. Where a product is unavailable, we may offer a replacement (of the same or greater value) at no additional cost to you or make alternative arrangements agreeable to you. All details will be confirmed before dispatch of the goods.
Vintages
We try to ensure that the wines are of the vintages quoted on the list however, if one vintage becomes exhausted the next available vintage will replace it. Photographs of bottles are for illustrative purposes only and are not vintage specific as photographs may not always have been updated.
Payment
All goods must be paid for at time of ordering. All card payments are handled via a secure web link. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta and Switch as well as cheque and electronic transfer (please contact us for bank details). All goods remain the property of Sanglier Wines Ltd until paid for in full.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days. If you have not received your order within this time, please contact us. If you need your order in a shorter timescale we are happy to discuss the possibility of this with you.
The cost of delivery is £8 for 12 to 24 bottles. Free delivery on orders over 24 bottles.
We only accept orders for delivery on the UK mainland. Please contact us for a quote for delivery to the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver internationally.
Deliveries can only be left in a garage, shed etc if specific instructions are given at the time of ordering. We are happy to pass these instructions to our carriers however, neither we nor the carriers will accept responsibility should the wines be lost, stolen or damaged as a result of such instructions being followed. We can deliver to a different address to the cardholder, such as place of work or neighbour if this is easier for a signature and request that these instructions are added at the time of order. If no one is available and the wine needs to be redelivered then an additional delivery charge will be applicable.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Cases should be opened and examined on arrival. Any breakage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with any of our wines on delivery, please return any unopened bottles to us for a full refund.
Order Confirmation
When an order is placed, a confirmation of the order will be e-mailed to you shortly afterwards.
Privacy
Occasionally Sanglier Wines will e-mail you its Newsletter with information on special offers, events etc. If you do not wish to receive these newsletters, please un-tick the box at the bottom of the order form.

Every care has been taken in preparation of the web content of this website to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices are correct at the time of publishing. If errors do occur, we will contact you prior to despatch and may cancel the order if pricing errors have occurred.
